Auto assignment of incident to groups based on keywords mentioned in short description.

I have a requirement where incident must b auto assigned to the group based on the keywords mentioned in the description. Kindly assist

Is there any specific keyword for auto assignment?

Not received any particular set of keywords. But the requirement says "if we do the same categorization  and also user same words in Description can we assign tickets to particular group."
