Auto-cancel RITMs in Waiting for Approval state after scheduled notifications and reporting.

- Generate and send scheduled reports to respective Country_Approver_License group manager for RITMs pending approval. Here group is for 15 country like USA_Approver_License, Hungrey_Approver_License so on
- Send two reports at 7-day intervals (after the third approval reminder), scheduled on Mondays.
- Automatically cancel RITMs if no action is taken within 7 days after the second report.
- Notify the requester and approver about the auto-cancellation due to no approver action.
