Auto generate records

i have a requirement to auto generate costplan records. 

1. I am creating new program record and giving the start date on it.

2.and creating a project record for that program record.

3. once project record was created i also need to  automate the process to create a 3 cost plan for the project.(with out manual creation).

4. those 3 cost plan are like if we select start date as 12/03/2024 then costplan records are FY2025/26/27.

And what is your question? This seems like a straightforward flow to create those records after insert of the project record. You can easily create records from there.

And why not just create a flow on creation of the project, creating your costplans? You can pull all of the information from you trigger into your newly created records.

I don't think flow will help in this requirement. Records should be creation of based on the start date selected inthe program.
