How can I auto populate the acceptance criteria field when a new record is opened from a table (story table)?

The short answer is, you can use a Business Rule or Flow.
The question is, what are you going to populate it with, where is your information coming from?

Well I want the acceptance criteria to be populated as a text which I don't have to write over and over again. It must get auto populated once a open a new record.

Using a business rule applies to all the stories created already but I want the acceptance criteria to be auto populated for only the new records being created. It must not affect the older records already present.
