auto populate inside the Related Records - Vendor field

Hi , Can anyone help me on this 

• Requirement - have “Microsoft” auto populate inside the Related Records - Vendor when the criteria is met. (so that the assignee no need to key in since supplier name has already been selected as Microsoft from the dropdown)
