Hello,
I have a multiline variable set with 3 variables. The first is a reference to our external customers for the employee to search the customer and the other 2 variables are auto populated to fill in the customer name and acct # and is set to read only
It works in the popup screen:
But on the table/request view it shows blank
And then when submitting the task itself does not show any hint of this variable set. (should be where the red arrow is)
Ideas? TIA!

Hi @Michelle P
finally, the most important information is provided by you!
Instead of referring to the first variable, the two problematic variables also have to populate their values individually and independently.

I guess you'll have to talk to me like I'm 5, when navigating to the dependent question in the Auto-Populate tab I only have the ability to select other variables in the variable set. So the first variable is a lookup reference, straight forward no issues. The second is auto populated from the first to put in the Name, the third is auto populated from the second to put in the account number. What exactly do you mean when you say individually and independently

Thank you, that's exactly how I have them set up. I originally set it up through the Auto-Populate tab using dependent question using the first variable which is a reference field to sys_user external customers. It then fills in variable #2 with the customer name and then variable 3 dependent question is variable #2 to fill in the account number. Works perfectly when looking it up in the popup but when I click Add and go back to the request the auto populated fields are blank and nothing shows up on the task when I submit it.
