Auto Populate New Contact record details on Interaction.

Hello Everyone.

 

I am  trying to achieve this on CSM/FSM Config Workspace.

 

-> I have a contact field on Interaction record.

-> I have a "Create Contact" Ui action on the same Interaction record.

-> When i click on "Create Contact" and create a new contact and save the contact record, the same contact should gets auto populated on the Interaction record.

Hi @Insider 

 

You can use the Lookup and Verify functionality for this. This allows you to create contacts and consumers on the interaction page in the CSM/FSM Workspace.
