Auto- Populate service level field based on selection of affected CI on Incident table

Hi All,

Want to populate custom field (u_service_level) based on selection of affected ci reference to cmdb_ci table.

did you add alert and see what came?

u_service_level on INC is of what type?

Is it working fine for admin?

If not working for non-admin then Access issue, please use GlideAjax and GlideRecord to fetch the value
