Auto Populate Values in Survey form

Hi,

  Is it possible to auto populate the field values when the survey form loads?

If, yes can you please help me on this?

I'm not certain but I believe only some of the types of survey questions have default values. For instance, multiple choice questions should have a default value field built in. You can check out this video for a tutorial on surveys in ServiceNow.
