auto refresh incident list (or any list really)

How can you make the lists refesh automatically?  Is this possible?  For example, fulfiller stares at Incident list for 10 minutes, looks like no changes, but then they refesh manually and a whole bunch of tickets came in.  How can I auto refresh so they don't have to remember to manually refresh the browser?

If you are looking for an OOTB solution, dashboards with auto refresh is the way to go.

I was hoping to find a solution that I can apply to existing lists.  Like "My Work" and "My Group's Work".  Can you add those to a dashboard?
