auto-refresh option for Dashboards

Is there an option OOTB for auto-refresh in Dashboards????

if not...which option would you use????

No mate, in the Next experience it is not there, but in PA it can be possible. 

You can use some browser extension to auto-refresh.

Just to ensure correct answer @shyamkumar VK  and @Dr Atul G- LNG , there is no OOTB solution for refresh of dashboard - only in analytics workspace. 

As mentioned by @Adam Stout in the article which @shyamkumar VK refers to: "Auto-refreshing is not recommend for normal usage, but if you are trying to show the dashboard on wall display with no user interaction,  there are some ways to accomplish this with no code.  Take a look at this article on how to do"

As Adam is mentioning, in the article he refers to on the other community post: "Auto-Refreshing
To handle rotating through the tabs and auto-refreshing the dashboard, use an auto-refreshing extension for your browser such as Revolver for Chrome." - I myself are utilizing the crome extension "auto refresh Plus" which works quite well.
