Automate creation of knowledge articles

As a support engineer, I need to automate creation of knowledge articles using Service now tool. How can I do that? Is there any out of the box feature available or I need to do something else?

@PoonamU For existing incidents, you can create a fix script to create KB articles using the above approach. Please mark the response an accepted solution if it managed to address your question.

Can you please share with me the process how it can be done. It will be helpful.

 

Can you help me with creating business rule and what script to write in it?

For normal instance, the business rule works but in AI instance it is working. What can be done?

Please enhance your use case - as @Sandeep Rajput also have stated, what is the data source of the knowledge articles that should be created?
