automate network folder deleation

Hello!

We currently auto generate ServiceNow tickets requesting user profile folder cleanup for terminated or inactive users. The clean up process is manual now, and we're looking to automate the clean up task. What is the best approach to delete this type of folder on the network?

It's great to see how effectively you are using ServiceNow to standardize and automate your business processes. You've done a fantastic job bringing it all together!
To achieve further automation, I believe it will be necessary to consider integrating ServiceNow with external systems so that it can interact with the environment where manual tasks are currently performed. If that environment provides external interfaces such as APIs, it may be possible to pursue automation via API integration. If not, it may be necessary to undertake new development on those external systems to enable connectivity with ServiceNow.
