Hey everyone,

 

I need your expertise on automating an email template for when a new ticket is opened proactively in ServiceNow. Here's the scenario: I work in the networking sector, and we have monitoring tools that detect service disruptions. For instance, if a modem goes offline, a ticket is automatically generated. Now, we need to quickly notify the customer that we're aware of the issue and working on it.

 

Do any of you have tips on automating this email notification process, so it's not dependent on me manually sending the email?
