As a admin, when I have an RITM that is in "awaiting approval" for 60 day, I will like it to move automatically to the closed state and mark the change as inactive
How can I get this done please fellows
Is it possible I can do via system property so make it easy to modify, if not, I will be happy with any solution that will work
I am new to all this and any help will be greatly appreciated
