LDAP Sync

Hi All,

I'm trying to sync the DL data through LDAP & the DL count is around 90K. Though the initial sync was completed within 2 days without any error, I had to reinitiate the sync as a DL can be a member of any other DL. Hence, I reinitiated the sync and it got stuck after 8 hrs without any error log. So, I requested a cancel request and reinitiated it. It ran for 16 hrs and then it automatically created one more import set record and reloaded all the data. Now both import sets are running. If you've any idea on this issue, can anyone let me know why did it reload the data automatically.

Note -  The scheduled data import is also disabled.

Hi @Navyashree

MID Server Logs / System Logs

Since you're dealing with an LDAP import, check:

  • MID Server logs (especially for signs of retries or forced syncs)

  • System Logs:

    • Go to System Logs > All

    • Filter by message or source like: import set, ldap, or your data source name

    • See if any Requeued, Auto-triggered, or Retry messages appear

Thanks,
Vignesh
