Automating export and import Update sets in service now

I wanted to automate the process of exporting and importing of update set between service now instances .

This also includes Preview and commit like from DEV--> TEST instance

I was unable to find rest API to do the same .  

Can someone please guide me how to achieve this ? It would be good if I get step by step process to do it 🙂

Looks like this is only supported through London. Is there a newer version?

You will have to test in in newer version and modify libraries to make it work on newer versions.

But, it gives your framework.

I tried the solution could not succeed as there is no proper steps for implementing it. Unfortunately I am still having same issue .
