Autopopulate 'Impacted servcie/CI' from incident to change

When change is created from Incident, need to auto populate the values in 'Impacted Service/CI' related list to change.
How can achieve this?? Any help offered would be greatly appreciated.

It is nota good case actually, as when we create incident , CI get copied from Inc to change and on basis of CI added in change the impacted Services will be auto loaded.
