Hi experts,
we have UI policy in place for change request for the fields such as 'Assigned To'.
But here is the ting we want to remove the mandatory Assigned_to when anyone clicks on that 'Request Approval' button on top. Once it is requested for approval the 'Assigned To' field should be mandatory.
But what happens is that the approvers are approving and change moves to next state even though assigned_to is mandatory.
I get it assuming that is sysapproval table and it does not controls change form .
ANy thoughts how to achieve it.
We are looking for mandatory field= assigned_to once 'Request Approval' button is clicked and after that without filling the field no action can be taken .
Thanks,

Hi @Nisha30
I think UI policy is best way but if you want, you need to modify the Request Approval UI action and add condition or validation for request approval.
