Autopopulate requested for Email in flow designer

Can someone help me on how to autopopulate requested_for Email ID in flow designer instead of Client script so that it can be autopopulated in RITM.

Hi, i have tried to add the script into the lookup record and seeing error.

can you show little more details like on which filed i need to add the script? i am new to Flow designer!
