assignee who is on leave that user should not be available in the list for Group Manager is checking the members of the group

Bit late, but in the past I have added an OoO flag, and ensured that all Assigned To have it set an option that this must be false.

This was in the past and I also let them set start/from dates that would auto trigger and update the flag.

 

I am looking as I hoped to see a new OOB that would stop me assigning a ticket to someone if they were off during a phase in a project - but nope.
