Available for Group related list is not visible on standard change template

Hi,
I’ve added the "Available for Group" field to the related list, but it’s still not visible. Has anyone encountered this issue before or knows why this might be happening?
The goal is to make the standard change template available to specific groups, which can typically be managed via user criteria. We're exploring the "Available for" option, but since multiple groups are involved, we're considering using "Available for Groups" instead. However, this option doesn’t appear as expected.
Any insights or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
