I have enabled advanced work assignment in a round robin fashion. However, I noticed that AWA keeps skipping over certain users in the group AWA is enabled for. I set it to where everyone but the users who are being skipped cannot have tasks assigned to them so I could isolate the issue and then checked the system logs and this is the warning that is appearing.
Anyone know how I can solve this?
