Hi,
I am performing AWS cloud discovery [credential less].
I have set up an Accessor account in Service account table and while discovering datacenter, it is throwing error.
Error: Unable to execute HTTP request: Hostname validation failure.
Attached screenshot of error.
Can someone pls help me know why this error is popping and How to resolve this?
Thankyou.

Hi @pratiksha5
There is no solution for this. After a research and connecting with servicenow HI support team, it was found that the issue is from AWS side where it is stripping off some of the headers form the API request.
'Discover Datacenter' is a legacy probe which uses CAPI trail and is deprecated from UTAH release. So, now in order to discover datacenter, one need to run cloud discovery and has to refresh datacenter. Please refer to this link.
So, in my case i have used this Refresh Datacenter from schedule cloud discovery to get the datacenter.
Hope this helps.
Please reply with question if you have any.
Mark Helpful, if it helps.
Thankyou.
