As in that we have a remediation when i click Remediation validate i am getting an error like Insufficient permissions to run remediation you can see that in the below
Note:-This is Happening only with this account ID when i tried with another one its working fine, Please let me know why i am getting an error.

Hi Rajesh,
Is this Integration Configuration Mandatory?
Or can we pull data by configuring Servicenow URL and credentials in Aternity?
Thanks,
Mahathi

The User Name in top box is different to the one used for Remediations.
The top one should be the details you get when you click on your user in Aternity and select Rest API Access.
The other one is from Settings - Remediation and then Settings again - it will likely be SCAternityRemediation_ 902 (as 902 is the account number you are sharing in top screen shot) and the password will need copying from the section mentioned.
