Azure Group Provisioning not removing users from ServiceNow Groups

Hello all,

 

I have come across an issue with ServiceNow and Azure Provisioning. 

 

I have user and group provisioning with SSO working but when a user gets removed from a group on Azures side, they are not removed from ServiceNow groups. Adding users to groups works as intended. Only having an issue when a user is removed.

 

Wondering if anyone else has run into this issue, any help would be awesome!

This issue was reported many times by other community member.

Please ensure each and every steps have been correctly configured at Azure end.
