Azure SSO integration staging table

Hello, 

recently I made the integration between ServiceNow and Azure AD (Entra ID) in order to receive groups and users and enable SSO. So I my question is , is there a staging table for this integration? I found this one:

but even when I make it inActive, users still provisioned from Azure and updated too. Do u have any Idea??

Identity Provider records have a field called "Auto Provisioning User". Is that checked, or not-checked?
