Hello, I created a new scoped application, and I did like to do a back out but I am getting an error. Not sure how to figure out the error , I have closed the dialog box but not sure what the issue is
how can I go about this please? Why can I not see the backout button?

Hello,
Is the update set completed. You will only see the back out option if the update set is completed. Also if you are viewing from retrieved update set please check from local update set.

it is completed yes but when I select backout, it runs but I have another 49 records still left throwing an error, please see error below

That can happen sometimes check with the records that we updated/brought in as a part of the update set and manually fix them If required.
My 2 cents on this will be to follow fix forward approach rather than backing out an update set. That is to create an additional update set and push the changes in your desired instance.
