Hi @NARAYANASAMS,
In case you haven't seen ServiceNow's docs on this:
Key point from the Docs:
"The Badge Reader Integration application provides a generic, reusable REST API used by the badge integration clients. Walk-up Experience uses the Badge Reader Integration application as a soft dependency."
To help others (or for me to help you more directly), please mark this response correct by clicking on Accept as Solution and/or Kudos.
Thanks, Robbie

Thanks for your help
Still, I need clarification on below items
1 - How to get the EXE file. ServiceNow docs says that after enabling plugin, you will get link to download it but we can not see it in our instance even after enabling it. Also, what if the machine to which we have to install exe is having windows OS? since the exe file is supported only for Linux or OSX operating system.
2- How to populate the "sn_badge_user_badge" table. there is no documentation available on this. Do we have to import user and their badge data externally via data import strategies or integrations?

Hi,
Are you able to get the .exe file? I am still figuring on how do we get that file to install on the machine
