Based on category, show configuration item class on incident form

Hi,

Can anyone help me out with the below;

Based on the 'category' show the configuration item on incident form (example: if the 'category' is 'Application', show the CIs which has the 'class' with 'Business Application and Applications')

 

Do help with steps in details, since I'm new to it.

Hi @sugand 

 

For this you need to add the categories in Applications / BA and then ,make it depended on same . It is very good use case and but for this you need a mature CMDB and a proper governance on place.
