Hello Everyone,
We have a requirement to migrate RITM data to the CSM Case form, including the mapping of variables from the RITM to the Case in the variable editor section. Additionally, we need an efficient way to align the stages and states during the migration.
We would greatly appreciate any insights or best practices on achieving this functionality. If anyone has experience with a similar implementation or suggestions on the best approach, your guidance would be highly valued.

Service catalog and CSM both serve different purposes.
You need to understand the relationship structure as well for both
