Best practice to load the Departments in ServiceNow

Hi Team,

 

Can anyone please help me out what would be the best approach to load the departments in ServiceNow ?

Hi @RahmatSharH 

 

OOTB in SN LDAP brings only users and groups, so for the department, you need to customize and use the spokes.

Hello @RahmatSharH 

 

No LDAP by default is only for users and groups - basically related to Access Management. With even spokes, the process can be a message to handle.  The best way to go would be Import Sets and Transform Maps. You can add Transform Scripts to modify as and what entry you want. Further you can create a Scheduled Data Source to pull this data and load into table automatically.
