Templates does not allow to select all the values associated to a Particular Field

Hi Team,
I created a template based on the incident table. When I was trying to map a value to a particular field. The desired value is not displayed in the choice options for a particular field.
I wanted to assign a particular value to the Service Offering field. But the Service Offering field does not display all the values from the Service Offering table.

How to fix this issue??.

service offering field is dependent on Business service

Also is there any data into your service_offering table

First you need to populate the "Business Service" field on the map, for the "service offering" field options to automatically come.

 

If you are looking to restrict the options  that are presented in a particular service, that cannot be done via template, you need to modify the reference qualifier.
