Best practices for File Generation without using Remote File Import in ServiceNow

Hi Team,

Currently, we are using Remote File Import to generate files in ServiceNow. However, we are planning to switch to newer methods and upgrade to the latest approach. Could someone please share recommended strategies? Any documentation would be highly appreciated.
