I am running report on task_sla table to get average resolve time of incidents per week for a specific assignment group.
Conditions are Task Assigned group =<Assignment group name> AND Task type = Incident AND Task last updated on last week AND Task state resolved and grouped by Priority
Is this the best way to look upon the resolve time per week on incidents by priority ? Any other alternatives for the appropriate numbers ?

Hi @Snehal13
You can try this way
create a score type report on Incident table.

Hi @Snehal13
Then it is not possible in standard reporting. You can use Performance Analytics and then put the indicators for same.
