Blank Catalog Item in Service Portal

Hi,
There are a few catalog items, which show empty when opened in Service Portal after recent upgrade. When I open in ServiceNow view and click on Try It, the variables show up fine.
I checked the variables. All have the Visible on Bundles/Guides etc true. No idea what could be wrong.
Any help?

Hi there,
Is the whole Catalog Item not showing on the Service Portal, or is the description/icon/etc displayed though the variables not?
Are you also navigating to the Catalog Items thru the tiles/etc or a direct link (available for issue?)?
Are you using a customized widget?

Hi Mark,
In portal, it shows the Item Name, description and then a blank area where all variables should show up. It just shows the Add To Cart and Submit Buttons on the left(OOTB). For most of the forms, there is no issue at all. It is happening for 3 4 forms.
I am navigating to the form via direct search in SP home page. No external links, etc.
The widget is not customized and this issue has started happening after migrating to Madrid from London.

Hmmm oke, can you show an example?
What I would check for next:
Are there any Catalog Client Scripts? What if you disable them, is the form working properly now? So is one of the Catalog Client Script blocking?
Check if there are Variable Sets used. Are these causing the issue?

Hi Mark,
Here is one example of the Cat Item not displaying in Portal.
Backend View of the Catalog Item:
I checked. No catalog client scripts.There is an catalog UI Policy, but it is related to a single field. I deactivated it, but no change in the issue.
We are using 2 variable sets, but they are used in other forms too, which are displaying correctly.
