blank space below footer

Hello,  I have a footer. I have put it on theme's footer field 

So my problem is that in portal, when the page is full of widgets, lists etc , footer is at the bottom and its okay, but when the page is almost empty , footer has a blank white space.(photo below)

Do you know why? Is there any way to put footer at the bottom?

On your top screenshot, if you select Fixed Footer this should anchor the footer to the bottom of the screen. Is this what you meant?

I dont want this. I will show you why :

Yes it remains at the bottom but it hides the form of case.

Hi, did you find a solution for this problem? I am now facing the same issue on EC Pro.
On the Homepage it works fine, but for example on the Favorites or My Requests page it's not and looks like your printscreen.
