I created a database view for tables sn_hr_core_case and metric_instance. Then a report on that database view. As an admin i can see the values start,end,duration,value correctly. When i impersonate a user though the fields are blank as you can see in the screenshot. The user has ACL access on both tables for READ.
To troubleshoot it i created another database view on hr tasks table and metric_instance. And on that report the user is able to view those metric instance fields which I dont understand why exactly.
