Block Unnecessary guest tickets from ServiceNow AWA flow

I have created a advanced work assignment ticket flow where tickets are automatically assigned to the given group. But there are unnecessary tickets getting assigned by callers mentioned as guest.

 

How to block the guest callers to assign tickets to the particular group. Tried blocking with - caller does not contain guest - condition in service channel, but it does not stop assigning unknown tickets to the group. Once the agent is available in his workspace its getting filled with unknown guest tickets.
