I need to create a form in service now where I needed to create application where employee can book a seat 

fields are :  date, city , dc, floor, wing, available seats

Everytime someone tries to book a seat as soon as floor or wing is selected the count of available seats in that floor or building or wing is shown in 'available seats ' filed.

once someone books any seat that seat is not shown to other employees for that date.

How to fulfill requirement.

for creating the form, you  need a Table on which you want to create your form fields or you have existing table or 
Firstly need to verify on which table you need to create the form, please explain your requirement more bit clear.

A good use case to learn,

1st create the Table and fields

2mnd design the form.

3. Create modules

4. Add validation not to override the earlier booked slot.
