We are looking to implement a Business Process Management (BPM) tool. We do already use Service Now for ticketing, change etc. As it seems Service Now can do a lot of the forms and workflow functionality, is there any point having a separate BPM tool? What are you using in your organisation?
Thanks.

Dani,
We are in the same place as you but i think BPM still has a place in our environment today. Servicenow is a awesome solution but lacks allot of complex forms variable types, calculation and many other areas. In allot of cases it may fit your need depending on how complex the process.

Thanks Eric.
So do you use a separate BPM tool at the moment? If so, what are you using?

I'm confused as to whether we need a BPM tool at all. What if we could represent all our processes in the workflow builder? I'm going to have a go in the sandpit now.
Have you figured out what you would use Appian for and what you would use Service Now for? Thanks.
