Breakdown elements is not showing in Analytics hub

Hi,

In Breakdown source I'm using Company table. So in Analytics hub I didn't get any elements. Can anyone give me a solution. Thanks in Advance...

My configurations:

Breakdown Source: 

Facts table: core_company

Field: sys_id

Conditions: Customer is true AND Active is true

Automated Breakdown:

Breakdown Mapping: 

Facts table: change_request

Field: company

Maybe your conditions are not matching!!

Try with "OR" condition instead of "AND".

1. The "active" column on core_company table, is that a a custom field? Can't see it when looking into the table?
2. the company column on change_request, is that populated with data? 
3. Have you mapped the breakdown on indicators (automated/formula)
