Bring count of assigned surveys on portal

Not able to see count on portal of total assigned surveys. If I click on "My Survey" I have 2 surveys assigned and can see but can't see count of surveys on portal. It shows 0 count only.

Can someone please provide step by step guide of how to populate this count.
