Buggy Decision Table

Anyone ever come across this issue and knows how I can troubleshoot DT?

 

A decision was created somewhere in 2023, and want to add couple decisions for a requirement, however when I opened the decision in workflow studio I can't see the table itself-(See screenshot). 

 

What  I have checked so far :

The authoring checkbox is not available so no draft creation

I have checked the /sys_decision table and its active and visible

Checked /sys_decision_question_list and can verify the previous conditions (I could add extra decisions here but, I am trying troubleshoot why the table is not showing)

I have tried to export the table, amend and reimport but it get stuck on downloading the file.

 

Any help to make this table appear?

did you try to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?

Also if you are sure this has not been touched recently and instance has recently been upgraded, raise a Case with ServiceNow team.

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar ,

Yes I did the usual clear cache.do but still was not showing - I did check other previous environments we had but it was still the same- I ended up creating a case in Now Support.
