Building multi connected filters in UI Builder to filter the dashboard visual components

I would like to know a way to connect two filters together using UI builder to filter my visual components data based on the user selection. I will attach a photo as an example which is to be considered, the example in Wordform is as follow: "Breakdown filter and the operator and then element, the data will be filtered in the visual components imported in my dashboard based on the choice of the element filter"

I have a similar concern. I want two individual filters to work independently for filtering reports/charts however, both are getting dependent upon each other as each filter's value is getting stored in same payload variable i.e "appliedFilters".
