Dear community,
We are going through a tricky issue.
Sometimes, it's needed to throw bulk order guides for a group of 2-3 cat. items (around 100 requests).
The thing is, some of those ritms does not get its correspondant flow/workflow attached, maybe due to a system overload.
The root of the issue seems that the request or the ritm state gets frozen in "awaiting for approval" sometimes.
SN suggested a fix which consists in a scheduled job which sets either the sc_request or the ritm to "approved" by updating the field "approval", but I feel this like a workaround...
Does anyone has been through a similar issue?Any suggestions?
