I have a requirement to send email notification to business owner on monthly basis that contains all of the applications that he/she owns and meet either 1 of the criteria or both and also list the findings int email. The conditions are (1) short_description length less than 40 characters; (2) install_status is in 'Implementing' for more than 6 months ago (sys_created_on). In the email, i would like to have something like e.g. below:
Dear owner,
1. Application A: Description length < 40 characters, please check and put a meaningful description.
2. Application B: The application is in Status 'Implementing' for more than 6 months, please check & correct the Status.
3. Application C: Description length < 40 characters, please check and put a meaningful description; The application is in Status 'Implementing' for more than 6 months, please check & correct the Status.
Anyone has configured something similar to this before and could share with me the solution?
