How do you get rid of the live feed on the search page?

Hello everyone,

Can someone help me get rid of the Live Feed when you search on Servicenow?

We are currently using Utah.

Hi @yjeon92 

Have you checked the Search Groups? Navigate to System Definition -> Search Groups and set the record corresponding to Live Feed to Active False.

I made the live feed active = false as well as the live_message.

but when I search, it still shows the message like the original post

We have the same problem here and the solution proposed by @AnveshKumar M didn't work as well, unfortunately. Did you manage to find a solution in the end ?

Have you tried clearing your cache? If not, please do so and check once if it is working.
