Hi All,

When we are using filter as install type as none and status is not retired am getting 78 records in cmdb_ci_business_app.list table. There is one report extracting from the cmdb_ci_business_app table, when i am trying to user the same filter am not getting none option in the filter for install type and even when am using install type is not one of SAAS, On Premise, Cloud, Hybrid, Third Party Hosted am not getting any data in the Business app table.find_real_file.pngfind_real_file.pngfind_real_file.png

Hi,

Please say is one of instead of is not one of for install type that should work if you have correct data added.

Please double check the values in actual table in backend or list view

I want values for Install type "NONE" in report. Do you have  any idea how i can filtered that
