Business continuity Management

Hello Everyone,
I have one requirement in the business continuty worksapce dashboard.
We had planning, excercise, and crisis management section.

Below is the screen shot:
See the Planning section tab

Req : In the planning tab we had ALL Tab is placed in the section and we need to populate  ALL tab section in the excercise also.

I had searched mutliple ways like declarative actions, macroponent but my bad not able to solve the issue.

Could anyone give me suggestions that would be appreciate.
